All Pets Veterinary Centre is looking for a caring, professional and team‑minded Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly practice. You will support our Veterinary Surgeons across consultations, theatre and inpatient care, help us deliver excellent client communication, and contribute to a tidy, well‑run and compassionate clinical environment.

• Assist Veterinary Surgeons with examinations, treatment and surgery, providing high standards of clinical support.
• Run and contribute to nurse‑led clinics, including weight, puppy, geriatric and dental.
• Carry out diagnostic tasks as directed, including lab tests and radiography.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately, maintain records and follow practice procedures.
• Provide daily inpatient care, including feeding, kennel hygiene and patient monitoring, and support reception when required.
• Maintain infection control standards, sterilise and pack surgical instruments, and help manage stock.
• Support Student Veterinary Nurses as needed and keep your CPD up to date.

• Registered Veterinary Nurse, or equivalent qualification, with strong communication skills.
• Calm, organised and accurate under pressure, committed to animal welfare and teamwork.
• You’ll have Registered Jersey Residential permissions.

• £18.71 per hour, equivalent to £33,079.28 per annum, reviewed on successful completion of probation.
• 34 hours per week, 8.30 am to 6 pm, four days a week, with one hour for lunch.
• Participation in the Saturday morning rota, 9 am to 1 pm, with a half day off in lieu.
• On‑call support when the practice is closed. TOIL is provided, time and a half, for out‑of‑hours work during the on‑call week. Overtime is not normally paid, although in exceptional circumstances and with prior agreement it may be paid.

• 21 working days’ holiday per year, pro rata for part‑year joiners
• RCVS fees paid, £500 annual CPD allowance, pension, birthday day off after probation.
