For our pets on long term medication you can order more medication using the form below or contact the practice via phone or email.
Please be advised of the following when submitting your request:
- In order to legally dispense prescription medications an animal must be under our care and therefore needs to be registered with us
- We must also have seen your pet within at least the last 6 months, or more recently depending on the medication they’re on
- We are able to provide written prescriptions under the same guidelines
- We may need to contact you for further information
- We require 2 working days to process your request
- If you order medication on a Friday please bear in mind that it may not arrive until the following Wednesday
