Our team is growing – and we couldn’t be more excited!

It’s been a big start to the year at All Pets – and we’re thrilled to welcome some wonderful new members to the team.

As our practice continues to grow, our top priority remains the same: providing high-quality, personalised care for your pets, delivered by a friendly, compassionate team who genuinely love what they do. We’re proud to have found some fantastic people who share our values and are already bringing a lot of heart (and extra paws!) to the practice.

Aoife Hogan – Veterinary Surgeon

Aoife joined us in January 2025, having previously worked in Devon after graduating from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2022. Most recently, she’s spent a year travelling around Southeast and Central Asia – and we’re lucky she chose Jersey as her next adventure!

Back home, Aoife has her hands full with a labrador, two springer spaniels, and a terrier. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find her out walking or running along the coast enjoying Jersey’s beaches.

Rebecca Bygrave – Veterinary Surgeon

Rebecca joined the AllPets team in March 2025, having spent the last few years working in the Scottish Highlands after graduating from the University of Glasgow. Originally from rural Scotland, Rebecca brings a calm, down-to-earth approach to her work – and when she’s not with us, she’s out exploring Jersey with her bouncy boxer Bella, or keeping active with sports like swimming and softball.

Aiyesha Barker – Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

Aiysha graduated from Harper Adams University in 2022 with a first-class honours degree in Veterinary Nursing and Small Animal Rehabilitation. After spending her first two years as an RVN working in the UK, she decided it was time to return to her Jersey roots – and we were thrilled to welcome her to the AllPets team.

Aiysha enjoys all aspects of nursing but has a particular passion for inpatient care, rehabilitation, and pain management. She also loves getting to know clients and their wonderful family pets.

Outside of work, Aiysha can often be found exploring Jersey’s countryside, paddleboarding, or getting creative with her love of pottery.

We’re Now Welcoming New Clients

With the expansion of our veterinary team, we’re pleased to say that we’re now able to accept new clients – something we haven’t been able to offer for some time due to high demand.
