We are looking to recruit another full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our amazing nursing team.

The current full time role is a 4 day week, with a varying day off according to a rolling weekly rota. OOH is required and is currently a 1:5 nights and weekends, but this would decrease as our RVN team increases. The OOH includes 09:00 – 13:00 on a Saturday morning and then ‘on-call’ for the duty veterinary surgeon when the practice is closed, it may include checks of in-patients as prior discussed with the duty veterinary surgeon. The Saturday morning is given back in lieu during the week via the rota, and any work completed ‘on-call’ is given back by way of 1.5x TOIL.
Our ideal candidate must be registered with the RCVS, and ideally have at least 2 years experience. We are a training practice so a desire to contribute to clinical coaching would be a real plus.
