Testimonials

I can’t thank All Pets enough for the exceptional care they provide. Their passion, dedication, and kindness shine through in everything they do. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel reassured that your pet is in the best hands. What truly sets them apart is the time and attention they give to every appointment. Nothing ever feels rushed – they take the time to listen, thoroughly investigate, and carefully diagnose, ensuring every pet gets the best possible care.

It’s not just the vets who make All Pets so special—it’s the entire team. The receptionists and nurses go above and beyond to help, always greeting you with warmth and kindness the minute you walk through the door. It doesn’t feel like a typical vet’s surgery; it feels like a place where people truly care, where your pet is treated like family, and where you feel supported every step of the way.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my beloved pets—every single member of staff at AllPets truly are the best!

When I moved to All Pets, the welcome I received was incredible, from the moment I walked in the door. When I lost my pets due to genuine major health issues, the kindness and care from all the staff was overwhelming. Whilst my furries were their priority, the care and support extended to me was incredible. It was a devastating few months, the. kindness, gentleness, professionalism, care and love shown to my furries was overwhelming. The subsequent follow up on how I was, was above and beyond – with cards and flowers. During this time I was undergoing surgery and could not get out for months. The wonderful team offered me home visits to look after my pets, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I thought my previous vets were good, but All Pets go beyond.

Archie Herbert Noel came into our lives on February 2nd, 2016. He was a 1 year old Bichon and we saw him as the perfect lap dog for my wife. Our first outing was to All Pets, the second was to the groomers and the 3rd was for a dog license.

All Pets! We found out very quickly that any visit to the Vets was really a social event. No matter who was on reception, even Archie enjoyed the visits.

The first 2–3 years were fine, Archie was fit and healthy. When his health became a real issue the All Pets brigade really came to the fore. Archie was well treated apart from injections. (Ask Ruth.) With staff changes and what have you they really stepped up again, not just for us but for all the pets.

Sadly we lost Archie last October and the All Pet Mafia really kicked into gear.

My daughters and I were overwhelmed with kindness and even though we had no pets the All Pets staff insisted that we called in once a week, I guess just to make sure we were all OK.
There were lots of tears on our parts!

I have a new rescue dog and the first people I contacted to check health etc, were All Pets. We still call once a week, check his weight etc and the response from the reception is incredible.

I am very lucky. The All Pets crew are like a second family to my daughters and me, and we will never be able to thank them enough.

They have played a huge part in making an old man very happy.
