When I moved to All Pets, the welcome I received was incredible, from the moment I walked in the door. When I lost my pets due to genuine major health issues, the kindness and care from all the staff was overwhelming. Whilst my furries were their priority, the care and support extended to me was incredible. It was a devastating few months, the. kindness, gentleness, professionalism, care and love shown to my furries was overwhelming. The subsequent follow up on how I was, was above and beyond – with cards and flowers. During this time I was undergoing surgery and could not get out for months.
