Emily and Ruth took the practice on in 2019 and decided to focus on building an organisation where they could happily work for the rest of their lives.

We are passionate about the profession and we care about both our team, and creating a working environment that reminds people why they chose this profession in the first place. We also want to get everyone out the door on time each day to enjoy their quality time outside of work!

The wellbeing of our team is at the very top of our priority list.

We are a really sociable team who love making the most of all that Jersey has to offer as the sunniest and warmest spot in the British Isles; from our sea swimming club the ‘Blue footed boobies’, chartering a rib for a trip around the islands to our legendary summer pool parties and Christmas meal at a Michelin starred restaurant, we’re always making plans to get together for some fun.

Living in Jersey offers a unique experience of rich countryside, breath-taking coastal views, sweeping beaches and hidden bays. There is so much to do here from outdoor sports, vibrant music and arts festivals to outdoor film screenings. You can fly to Jersey from numerous UK airports including Gatwick and Heathrow in around 30 minutes, or travel by ferry from Poole or Portsmouth.

Working at All Pets is quite honestly, the dream! Before joining in early 2021, I had worked as a Veterinary Nurse for 23yrs and was feeling a little tired and overwhelmed by the industry. At All Pets, it was immediately clear that the directors are two of the loveliest and most respectful people who have empathy and compassion in bucket loads. They go over and above to ensure you are looked after and really do care. It doesn’t matter if you are a patient, client or staff member. That daily dread of going to work has gone and couldn’t wish to be part of a better and more supportive team.

I have worked at All Pets for 6 years as bookkeeper come office manager and have loved every minute of it. All Pets is more like a family than a workplace, with a tight-knit team where everyone is valued, trusted and respected, whatever their role. It is a very supportive working environment, where you feel like someone always has your back, and self-development is encouraged. The directors have strong values with a focus on gold standard care for our clients (who are lovely), as well as an emphasis on staff wellbeing and ensuring everyone has a good work-life balance. I started at All Pets in 2012 as a VCA and they put me through training to become an RVN. The support from the vets and other RVN’s was incredible and someone was always willing to take the time to answer any questions or explain something. All Pets is my second family and there is nowhere else I’d rather be. The team are so friendly, caring and passionate. The directors really care about their employees wellness ensuring everyone is happy within their role. To top it off we have monthly pizza days, and yearly are treated to a summer and Christmas party. I couldn’t be happier at All Pets.
